Gosh,that's tough I love both,... I suppose just for the cynical sarcasm, I'll have to go with Boston Legal.

I've had it with both those show, although I have been a long time fan. They jumped the shark long ago. The writing on both, but especially Law and Order has deteriorated.
BUT there is hope in the world of legal television. I can recommend an incredible legal drama series. You need to watch Damages, with Glenn Close...I'm watching season 1 and it is amazing and riveting tv. Glenn Close still plays the most complex and disturbing immoral characters. This one is a classic. The writing, the fantastic filming in NYC and the acting is first rate and compelling.
