He was bidding on the job and got it. He most likely would have had a copy of his contractors license with Charlie Banks on it. I hope he didn't lie about this too. I don't think you can just use a company name (whatever that is).
Of course something like that wouldn't be mentioned. But he needs to start telling the truth. Hopefully he used Banks....his real name.
