With a few exceptions in the Encore Westerns and Turner Classic Movies vaults (the films he made for Columbia and Warner Bros./Vitaphone; the bulk were "Poverty Row" B-grade Westerns), many of Johnnie Mack Brown's films currently do not exist in broadcastable condition (the original 35mm negatives had long since disintegrated or a lot of the existing ones too badly damaged to properly remaster; many of the avaliable 16mm copies are pretty shot...it'll take a massive effort by film archivists to restore the non-Columbia and Warners movies of his).
