I don't think that's true. Since the end of his Nickelodeon shows I have seen him doing guess spots on shows like The Parkers and I remember seeing him on some show on BET talking about a comedy DVD he was releasing. A lady I used to work with son was really close to him. She said that when he would have parties at his house Kel would always be the life of them.
