Question: Do you think they set stuff up to make it look real for TV?
If not how can you explain that episode where the picture frame moved while the guy was sleeping (It seemed pretty set up to me, he didnt pick up the frame to examine it).

Okay, so here is what I believe. TAPS is there to try to debunk any kind of whatever that the people believe are going on in the house/place of work, etc. I dont think that they would do that and tell these poeple well this is what happens when you hear this noise and lets see if the lights from the car make a shadow behind this couch when we drive down the street. I truly believe that these guys try their hardest to find actual proof of these spirits/beings/whatever you call them.
I know that there are a lot of skeptics out there. But, that show when they went to the murder sight of that famous family...CRAP I cant remember their name right this second. But, it was real footage of new technology.

I think it's real or at least THE most authentic around.. If it were made up we'd see faked stuff--spirits or spirit activity. TAPS tries to find LOGICAL explanations & sets up scenarios 2c if they can replicate what's been reported as haunting. Usually they do debunk & come out saying "not haunted." Rarely they say there's somethingparanormal in a place. They don't give any credence to ORBS (in their show, they are simply dust or bugs speeding by the camera)---They check the plumbing & wiring for faults, they shake the beams, doors, rafters, etc. to find the true causes.
Jay & Grant have had their own personal experience(s); they worked together, got to talking, & started ghost hunting in their spare time... that LEAD to the show, but they did it on their own before the TV series ever came about.
They are leaps & bounds above that horrible faked Most Haunted show from Great Britain--I'll NEVER waste my time on that one again. I love GH / Taps--it's a tight operation & an intriguing show. Jay doesn't put up w/ any bulls*t & really have faith in his authenticity.
