watched it...was awesome....the brainiac attacked her and is controlling her mind and body now...he said he would reverse it if kara went with him...he is the only one that could....apparently she is in a lot of pain but can't express it so clark hid her until he can find a way to help her
I think she died (she's leaving this season anyway is she not), braniac came back to smallville looking for kara, but when he couldn't get her he went after lana instead, he took over her body and was controlling everything her mind did. then kara went with him to outer space if it meant that lana would be ok, but she's not. and at the end when clark leaned in to lana, he was told he was too late. (that was brainiac speaking through lana) and clark closed her eyes.
Braniac did something to her brain, and now he controls her every move. and, of course, he's the only one who can reverse it.
