No, just really flirty with each other, and both "touchy" people. Simon has a girlfriend. Also, the kiss was from an awards show they do near seasons end when they give out some silly awards...they made different dumb videos for this, and that was one of them.
no, simon has a long time girlfriend who is actually robin williams sister ( you do remember robin williams the comedian). anyway I think he's just being affectionate and supportive.

i don't think so, however flirty paula seems to be...they've kissed before though, and Ryan & Randy keeps teasing them about it
He is totally infatuated with her BECAUSE she keeps rejecting him. He is used to having women climb all over him, and Paula's not interested and isn't afraid of him. He loves that.

I think a lot of it is just schtick, but after working together for so long, I'm sure he has some feeling for her, especially this season, when she has seemed so out of touch..
