Well, when they ended with the tv show it wasn't just an end like most shows unfortunately get due to cancellation, it was a finish, that got to be planned out and done properly. Of course there was still plenty to tell, as shown by the comics, but it left off in a place that can be a definite ending to that chapter without a bunch of unresolved questions or issues.
Now that it's started the next chapter of the story in comic form, it should finish it that way- in comic form. As much as we'd love to see them on screen again it wouldn't seem right to have a whole story going in comic book format and then switch the final piece of that same story arc to be told as a movie.
just kill it off so it could never be mentioned again
I think it should have ended with her going to her local church and accepting Jesus Christ as her personal Lord & Savior!
