The first season won't be out on DVD for a while because the first season is NOT over yet. It was on hiatus because of the writers strike, but it will return April 21st with a handful of new episodes. The season finale will be during May sweeps.
Then, I would expect the season one on DVD to come out around Spetember before the new second season premieres.
The first season isnt over yet it start back April 21 @8 or 9 so the who season wont come out till next fall or sometime later this year but the epsiodes some are on the cw's offical website but some arent so you have to download them off isohunt.
