Beauty and the Geek...?!
Question: I generally don't watch reality TV but, this is the one exception...but, I haven't had the time this season. I want to know am I missing anything? I this seaon good?

I have not been that big a fan of this season so far. the ways they started it off was an automatic turn off. Beauty vs. Geek where all the beauties teamed up against the geeks. i felt that the challenges were biased in some ways. where the beauties or the geek were given the upper hand. the first challenge was getting phone numbers in a club- well duh, the beauties will win that. next was a talent show. with girls of course they will fight and not be able to chose what act they will do while the geeks pulled together and ended up with a great act and took home a win. after whoever won that challenge they would have to send 5 members of the opposing team to the elimination room. at this last episode it was a football game. beauties won- BUT as a twist they had to choose teams for them to finally pair up with the geeks. and the geek that wasn't chosen was sent home. i hates that they did this becasue the beauties are already biased towards the guys in the house because they have been given a chance to get to know them and that eliminates the element of surprise that the show used to had.
also the geeks are not as "geeky" this season. most are just bums that live with their mothers. sure they both have the one thing in common that they can't get girls, but they just aren't as geeky as they used to be.
there has been one "romance" in the house between the model (slut) and the most attractive (sweater vest enthusiast) geek in the house. she left the second week but as it turned out confessed to just playing him. the poor geek was heartbroken when she left. lol.
wow that was a long answer. lol.
I'm not liking this season as much as previous seasons. They started it out as Beauty vs. The Geek, and I didn't like that at all.
It isn't as good as past seasons. Now that they are playing in pairs again, it may get a little bettter...here's hoping!!
I hate that show. Its objective is to prove that "the beauty isn't just a beauty, and the geek isn't just a geek". How lame could they get?
