Question: I have to write this paper about the pros and cons of South Park, i really dont find any cons because ppl who hate the show proabably dont get it or understand some of the context behind it, i want some ppl to tell me cons of the show besides it is dumb because their is a talking poo ight i get that ........btw southpark is the greatest show on television for all that dont know

I guess one of the cons is that it looks like a cartoon but isn't appropriate for small children. I agree. I think it is hilarious but I wouldn't allow my 5 and 8 yr olds watch it. and also Mr Hanky the Christmas poo is unsanitary. lol.
cons: celebrity bashing, vulgar language and sexual content
well, it makes fun of important social issues ( although it is a satire).
Its more concerned with American issues than social issues around the world. In other words, it doesnt tell you what to think , but it does try to tell you what to think ABOUT.
They do make fun of celebrities or causes that are trying to help people.
just to add a couple, its racist and religion bashing (i find it funny that issac hayes that played chef had no problem with the jew and christian bashing aspect of it yet when his religion of scientology was poked fun at he quit)
In an unaired clip of South Park, Cartman made an aristocrats jokes and imitated the people from 9/11.
racial slander, violence, public humiliation of celebrities and other individuals, sets bad examples for people.
i agree, it kicks ***. but the king of queens is better
I love South Park because it's funny and makes me laugh...simple as that.
The only con (like in pros and cons?) is that I cannot watch it while eating!
I love watching a half hour show while eating and I'm like...oh...I'm eating...I can't watch South Park now!!!
