The last new pre strike episode of Lost aired 3/20. When it returns 4/25 with the last 5 eps of this season it is moving to 10pm EST the same day (Wednesday) .
Last week was the mid-season finale. The next new episode is April 24th at 10pm eastern time.

Yes, there will be a new date and time. It will now be on Thursdays after Grey's Anatomy. Of course, as the person just above said, we have to wait a month first, as it won't be back on until April 24th. Sigh.
