Phoebe wins hands down. She is sweet, eccentric and splashy. She has the best punchlines and most of all b'coz she is the most unpredictable of them all. You never know what she will say or do but one thing is for sure that it will make you laugh and wonder. (this is the 3rd time im copy-pasting this answer, it has been asked a lot of times but It has never been selected as the best as my answer didn't have any appreciation for Chandler. Don't dissapoint me this time)
