I watched tomorrows episode on 5 live and she wakes up from her coma. But who knows?

Her heart stopped on the opperating table and she had a choice to make as to whether to die or be brought back to life.
Her options were explained to her by the long dead Tom who showed her how her life or death would effect those near to her and left a lot of open/cliff-hanger type hooks for coming storylines.
As you've realised from my first word of this answer she chose life.
Personally I found the episode to be overly dramatic/sentimental and boring. The whole episode was this story and nothing else.
Yeah she does survive and leaves the show ;(....And it's actually Dan(Leah's husband!)that dies in Canada.
His ex wife comes back(Amanda) for the service,..and to comfort Leah.

She wakes up and tells Pippa that she's seen Tom and that he loved her.
She was also told by Tom when she was having an 'out of body experience' that she had a choice - she could stay where she was and 'go upstairs' to Heaven or go back to Earth. The only problem will be - someone else will have to be sacrificed - it will be Dan.
Sally is 'back' and will be looking after little Pippa, Leah , Annie and Cassie.
She leaves later on in the year but not yet

yeah i live in Australia and were up to the bit were shes leaving the bay well close to it anyways shes on the radio with Merrick and rosso now she doesn't die in the end she just leaves .
She has so far. I haven't read all the other answers here in case they give something away so I might be repeating stuff, but she went to Heaven and saw Tom and made the choice to come back. And she knows it really happened and wasn't a dream because he told her that Cassie was pregnant and she couldn't know it any other way.
