Um...definitely. I actually really like Michael Weatherly scruffy and with his glasses ala Dark Angel, but he's VERY handsome when he's clean cut and a smart aleck as Tony DiNozzo.
He plays an excellent character,however,he does nothing for me - sorry.Now, Cote de Pablo,that's another story....
Amazingly so. He's a great character for Weatherly. I love that he's smart and funny. He's so mischevious. Right now, he and Booth from Bones are my favorite characters on TV.
