Anything is good..but I'm tired of seeing a prom queen or king, cheerleader, beauty pagent winner, and rockstar. What does you friend secretly like to do? Try something out of the box like:
Circus/Rodeo clown
Male exotic dancer
Pro Bass Fisherman
reality tv star
Cosmotologist
bull rider
double dutch champ....

My advice, don't do it. Everyone who goes on that show says it didn't actually help them become what they wanted, the show portrayed them as being someone who they aren't, and people pretend to be your friend so they can get on tv.
BUT If he REALLY wants to do it.
- Has he even secretly admired someone who does something?
-Male model
-Singer
-Any kind of sports star
-Think outside of the box too...
interpreter, chef, fashion designer, businessman
Basically, see who he really is and pick something that he never thought he could do. Good luck.

Switch it around like have him want to become more gothic or emo or w.e.Or to get free clothes make him want to become more something to do with brand name clothes. (abercrombie, fitch, hollister, ect.)
Try to think of something orginal that you kinda want to do. Like horseback rider, chef, dancer, or something like that.
