Which David do you think will win American Idol?!
Question: David Cook, has potential to win it all. I know all the girls are voting for David Archuleta. I think it will end up being between David Cook, David Archuleta, Brooke White.
I kind of hope David Cook does not win in a way so he will not get stuck with a crappy contract and end up becoming more pop/rock. I like his voice an if he stays purely rock, I will buy his CD.
Even if he does not win, he will get picked up by a record label in a heartbeat.

Cook. He is the only one who can successfully whip the crowd into a frenzy each week. He's also had flawless performances. The little Archuleta boy is just too young to make a go of it. I think he'd get the title and then fade into oblivion. His parents won't let him stay out very late.

Well, since it is by the public voting I think David Archuleta will win. He IS good but I agree about David Cook. He makes Daughtry look like an amateur. He WILL be a star whether he wins or not!
They both have amazing voices and promising careers. The winner will be the one who does better on the stage in these upcoming weeks.
Well, as far as I can see, cook is getting more votes now compared to Archuleta. But in my own opinion, I prefer little Archuleta to win. I mean, cook can really sing fast, rock songs really well, and I know that. But David Archuleta's voice quality is definitely better for me. And I think voice quality and star quality is what matters most. So.....I'm going with Archuleta ^_^
But seriously....even if neither of them won Idol, they'd both still be famous for sure ^_^

After last night, Cook, but don't rule out Carly the Irish lady yet, she could sneak right in there while the two Davids are concentrating on each other
I'm not sure either one will win at this point.
Personally, I don't like either one of them. But if I had to choose, Archuletta.
Cook is highly annoying to me. He turns every single frickin song into this depressing emo crap. I know that's his 'style' and all, and that's great that he's taking chances... But can't he put a little variety into it or something?
I think Cook deserves to win because I feel he gives better overall performances. He did a rock song last week, and a power ballad last night and was able to pull them both off. Archuleta has a fantastic vote for ballads and I think it seems like he's too out of his element when he tries to do anything else and it looks forced. They both have fantastic voices, but Cook is just way more versitle.

At first, I thought it would be Archuletta because of his boyish good looks and his admittedly nice voice. However, the further the competition goes, the more I lean to Cook. Especially after his incredible performance last night! I honestly think the Top 3 will be Cook, Carly, and Brooke.
Cook. He is really good. He makes the songs his own. The other David is just boring IMO.
DAvid archuleta he may not be doing as good but he can sing and hes young.
Plus all the girls love him including mee!!!!
