I think Michael Johns did awesome, and I think Brooke still did a good job, even with her mess up. She still had a heck of a lot more talent than Kristy! When Simon told Kristy she made a clever song choice, he just meant that everyone loves that patriotic song, and probably won't vote her off, even though she's been the worst since the show started. I can't stand that girl!
Tonight, I think David Cook and Michael Johns were the best!! I loved them both.
All of the rest were just mediocre performances.
David Cook DOESNT NEED AMerican Idol...Carly is probably the only other one that doesnt need it either...The rest are kareokee at best.

Tonight, David Cook was THE BEST. That was pretty awesome.
Syesha did a lot better than she ever did, Chikezie was okay, Carly Smithson was not so good in my opinion. The rest of them were okay.

Michael, Carly, and David Cook all did very well tonight, in my opinion. (David A. was pretty good too...not my type of music though).
and some of the ones that are usually "good(er)" flubbed like my favorite carly. but syesha was fabulous for the girls.
Carly, David Cook, Michael were the best. I like Chikezie too I know alot of others do not but I do.
