No, One Tree Hill did not air tonight. The show will not resume again until Monday April 14th. However, there will be a re-run from this season ,likely the one of Lucas and Lindsay's wedding, shown on Monday April 7th.

Starting April 7th... One Tree Hill will air on Mondays at 9 after Gossip Girl. The episode airing on April 7th will be a re-run. Then on Monday, April 14th... all new episodes for 6 straight weeks.
