No. It is like Ren and Stimpy, but not as crude. Spongebob often has hidden plots, but it still can attract the younger kids, as well as adults. IMO, it is fine where it is. I watch it from time to time.
Plus, I wouldn't want Comedy Central to make a stupid advertisement/commercial like they did with Futurama.
yes, i have make sure that my 4year son's sitter does not let hom watch it. i really hate that show because young kids want to watch it so bad......

Are you kidding? No way... It's a silly kids cartoon, and yes, as a parent I do tend to watch and enjoy with my 2 and 5 year old girls.
SpongeBob is nowhere near Drawn Together, Family Guy, The Simpsons, Futurama, etc... I would never let my kids watch those.
No, cause for 1 thing is that is a kids cartoon, and 2 we don't have the Comedy Central Channel.
