Victor and Jill had an affair in the early 90's. Thank goodness it didn't work out! That would have been a nightmare with those two egomaniacs! Victor needs to chill without a woman in his life for a while. It makes him more ruthless and cutthroat. He lost his edge for a while, but it will come back!
