Although Tanya has lost the plot it is because Max has driven her to it - so the kids should be with their Mum.

I think Tanya for now as she is their mom and as Blubell said Max has driven her to what she has done woman scorned and all that.
I do think her world will come crashing down around Christmas time when he may just well come back with blockbuster story line and then he will get them.
