He never becomes human. Ever. He does die, but that doesnt make him human, he sacrificed himself for the greater good and all that, but he never became human.

no he never becomes human i dont think he might at the end of season seven just before he safices himself but i cant remember because i havent seen that episode in ages
no spike does not become human but he get his soul and when buffy end he joined Angel. Even when Angel ended he did not become human. Yet, u might want to check out the comic book in which the creators of buffy decided to do another season.
I dont think so but he did get his soul back like Angel did.
