Phoebe's character on the show was supposed to be an airhead. She did a great job with it.
theres an episode where ross & racheal are talking about the most romantic songs they've heard, phoeobe says " i think the most romantic song i've heard was the one Elton John wrote for that guy from Who's the Boss"..they say "what song?" then she sings "Hold me close young tony danza"; she doesn't know it actaully goes "hold me close young tiny dancer"
Oh, how about the one where phoebe runs. Its the 7th episode on season 6. Phoebe has a crazy weird run and Rachel wont run with her because of it. Its pretty funny.
In the episode The One With All the Candy, season 7, Ross buys phoebe a bicycle when he learns she had never had one. At the end she is incredibly childish and adorable, learning how to rid e a bike for the first time, with training wheels and all.
Also, in The One Where Phoebe Hates PBS, season 5, she learns for the first time that santa isn't real from Joey, and the look on her face when she learns it is so cute.
