Pretty much everything from the first answer except another shock was that Claudia and Ian (Dr. Devlen knew one another from back in the day. He goes there to tell her that he wants to traffic a large amounf og Drugs threw there docks. She says no problem. And since Johnny said he still wants to kill Sonny but because of the truce, they decide to go with Claudia's idea and get a third party to take him aout. They figure with Sonny out of the way they can form an alliance with Jason because after all he is the smart thinking one between him and Sonny. And take over PC. So I belive Claudia is going to have Ian kill him in return for shipping his drugs threw their docks.
Lucky also confronts Monica about her drinking saying he can tell she is drunk and if he can everyone else at work can. And that if she agree's to get help he wont tell anyone. Because he has been addicted before and he knows what it is like. And she deals with ppl's lives everyday and is risking them. She tells him she is not drunk and just needs to go back to work. Then storms off.
Jax also took the loss of the baby a lot harder then he had thought. Dr. Lee says that in time they can conceive another child. Also Patrick realized how much he cared about his child because he walked into Jax and Carly's room and said he had to run one more test then she can go home. They told him they lost the baby. He said he was sorry he had no idea no one had told him. He could see the pain they were feeling when he was leaving and I belive that made him see. He was talking to (I wanna say Liz) about how seeing them made him see how Robin would feel if she lost their baby because it means everything to her. She said don't talk like that. And how he wants to be in the babies life but she tells him she does not want him there and want's to do it alone.
Also Devlin was tellin Patrick (cause Robin was nto at work cause really bad moodswings) that he made the right choice not being there because now he does not have to deal with the mood swings, go out for ice cream everytime she craves it, pick out cribes..etc and you could see the look in Patricks eyes how he wanted to be the one to do all that. And he looked happy. It was actually really sweet.
In the previews for Monday it shows Jax yelling at Sonny saying that he is the reason that his and Carly's baby died because of all the violence in his life. Jason tells Moinica she was drinking (guessing the nite the hit and run it what its talking about) and then she says "can you blame me for drinking, you have taken everything away from me". Then it shows Jax sitting in a rocking chair (prolly the baby's room) playing with his wedding band then says I can't do this anymore I'm done.

Kinda short and sweet in Port Charles today. First up, Carly and Jax agree they have to make the safety of their children their first priority but then return home to find Sonny with Michael. Shortly thereafter, Jason talks Sonny down from killing Johnny. Sonny proposes a truce with the Zacchara’s but Johnny still seems intent on getting revenge.
On the othe side of town and wanting to put an end to Sam’s manipulation of Lucky, Elizabeth tells Jason she’s going to confess to the police. Jason convinces Elizabeth to wait and later confronts Monica. Then, in a not so surprising turn of events, Lucky and Sam decide to make another go of it.
The day winds down when Patrick can’t help but be greatly affected by the news of Carly’s miscarriage. Meantime, Nikolas gets in deeper with Ian.

Carly and Jax try to come to grips with Carly's miscarriage. Jax blames Sonny's violent lifestyle, and Carly agrees with him. The two vow to do better by their children and keep them safe. They arrive home to see Sonny--who they blame for bringing danger into their lives--with Michael.
Jason talks Sonny down from killing Johnny. Sonny proposes a truce with the Zaccharas, but Johnny still seems intent on getting revenge for being imprisoned. Claudia meets with Ian and agrees to transport his drugs into Port Charles.
Wanting to put an end to Sam's manipulation of Lucky, Elizabeth tells Jason she's going to confess to Sam's hit and run. Jason convinces Elizabeth to wait and later confronts Monica, who is drunk at work, about being the real culprit. Lucky and Sam decide to make another go of their relationship.
Patrick is greatly affected by the news of Carly's miscarriage, thinking of his own unborn child with Robin.
Nikolas is pleased that Ian's drugs seem to work for him: His health is okay and he still can see Emily. He agrees to pay Ian $10 million for a year's supply of the drugs. Meanwhile, Emily tells Nikolas she is worried for him.
