Jason comes into the hospital and gives Epiphany something and she starts laughing. Then we see him mopping and Toussiant walks in and tells him to be gentle and glide. Toussaint asks him why he is there, and Jason tells him it is because he shot a man in the foot.
Jolene and Regina are talking about the burn victim, wondering where she is from.
A woman walks in and tells Robin she needs to see a male doctor. Leyla and Patrick are talking and Patrick gets distracted when he hears more mysterious singing. Then he sits and Leyla messages his shoulders and Robin walks over and tells him he needs to see an actual patient. He walks with her and she tells him the patient will only see a man. Patrick walks in and asks what the problem is and the woman unbuttons her shirt and says "these".
Dr. Julian and others are giving a triple bypass when he realizes the heart is healthy and wonders why they are operating.
Spinelli walks in the hospital on crutches and talks to Regina at the nurses station.
Robin walks over to Jason and starts laughing. She tells him she is glad he is there, she will now have someone to talk to.
Patrick tells the woman he should call a female nurse, and she says she is comfortable and asks what he thinks. He tells her they appear healthy, but she says they hurt, and that she just had them done. Patrick tells her to see her surgeon, and she tells him its a woman and she wants a male opinion.
Jason asks Robin if they know why the laughing gas was on the ambulance yet. Jolene talks to the completely bandaged burn patient and they show a flashback of the ambulance.
Cody comes in the hospital and talks with Lainey. He tells her about a dream involving the war and voices. He tells her the voice was God, and she gets mad and tells him to get out. He is upset, and asks why, and she tells him she can tell he is faking it.
The elderly woman from last week wheels by Jason and thanks him for his help. She asks if he is married, and tells him she wishes she had a granddaughter to introduce to him because he is a catch. He asks how she got stabbed in the waist, and she tells him it was the broccoli.
Maxie walks into Ms. Sneed's room with flowers and apologizes for what happened in the supply closet. She is scratching her backside, and Ms. Sneed asks why, she tells her she wasn't supposed to notice. Then Ms. Sneed asks her if 'it' is better restrained.
Dr. Ford walks in and yells for Dr. Julian, he asks how he almost performed bypass surgery on a patient with appendices. Dr. Julian tells him to "chill out," and he caught the mistake. Dr. Ford is very angry, and says it is like the hospital is cursed.
He walks out to Regina, and tells her the patient could have died because of her incompetence, and that she is reinforcing stereo types, and she should reconsider nursing. He walks away and she tells Leyla she didn't do it and begins to cry.
Epiphany walks by Maxie who tells her she has an eight-inch rash on her butt. She says its been there for a week. Epiphany offers to take a look and then tells her it is a staff infection, and she needs to take a culture.
Toussaint and Jason talk, Stan walks over dressed like he works at the hospital and Jason asks what he is doing and he says he is organizing a strike for the workers. Then, Stan gives Toussaint a paper about the strike and leaves.
Kelly is looking at Stacey, who was having Braxton Hicks. Robin comes in and asks if the baby's dad is involved. She tells her the baby's dad is a test tube.
Jason walks by the nurses station, and Jolene tells Epiphany he seems out of place, and that he doesn't seem like the type. Epiphany tells her Jason is way out of her league.
The woman is making Patrick feel her and ask about the weight and firmness. Kelly walks in, but then leaves.
Stan is walking around handing out his flyers, and then Epiphany sees him.
Spinelli is sitting on a hospital bed, and Jason walks in. Spinelli tells him he is grateful, but he shouldn't have to be mopping floors for 3 months. Jason tells him its fine, but to do him a favor and stay away from guns. Jolene comes in and asks him how his foot it.
Regina is crying and Toussaint walks over to her and hands her a tissue. She tells him about Dr. Ford yelling at her for a mistake she didn't make. She says she doesn't want anyone to screw this up for her, and that it has been her dream since she was four, because of her grandmother. Toussaint tells her she will make her grandmother proud, and it makes her feel better.
The woman, whose name is Christine, tells Patrick, she lied, and just wanted "a man to admire her breasts". She says she is divorced, and they talk about his taste in women. She asks if he has someone at home who he practices that "bedside manner on" and Robin walks in and says, "Yeah, me."
Robin and Patrick talk, she says Kelly told her about what was going on with Christine. She walks away.
The elderly woman talks to Regina from her hospital bed. She says her kitchen utensils turned on her, and also says they have the hottest guys around there.
Epiphany yells at Stan, and he says he is who he is. She says all she ever wanted was for him to make something out of himself. He says he justs wants to be good enough for her.
Dr. Julian walks into Maxie's room with a guitar, and starts playing, she is confused. Epiphany and Dr. Ford walk in and tells Dr. Julian he is a doctor and its not a concert hall. Maxie then realizes he is a doctor. They tell her she has a staff infection, most likely from being on the shelves in the supply closet. Dr. Julian says, "Oh you are the handcuff girl." They tell her she has a weakened immune system and that is why she still has it. She points out that is because of her "borrowed heart."
Leyla walks in and watches the sleeping elderly women. Lainey is walking to her car, and Cody grabs her and corners her. He wants medicine, he tells he more about war, and shows her his shaking hand and asks if she will help.
Dr. Julian asks Maxie who she wants to notify. She says her father, sister, and boyfriend. She asks how good he is at hearts, and says she is very scared.
Spinelli stops Jason, and says he has a "gift for my mentor". He opens his computer and shows him "The Saga of Stone Cold", a video game just for him.
The burned Barrett woman is in her room having a flashback and says "Jason".
Patrick is looking for Robin, who is talking with Jason about Stacey. She tells him she admires her. Jason asks her if she is thinking of getting pregnant, and she says adventually. He asks how Patrick feels and she says she hasn't told him, because of his commitment issues and she thinks he'd leave her if she told him. Patrick overhears the entire conversation.
Back in the hospital now, Cody apologizes to Lainey, who is writing a prescription. He asks if she'd like to get coffee sometime.

Kelly is in the shower and Stan walks in and they kiss. Maxie and Dr. Julian are sitting on her bed playing with his guitar.
Robin walks out to the roof where Patrick is and he asks her if she forgives him for the woman, she says she was to busy to give it a second thought. They leave to go get breakfast at Kelly's
