Songs of praise - its sickening sentimental tripe. With no real religious message - just feel good pap. The people in the congregation seem to be mugging to the camera - no doubt enjoying their 3 seconds of fame in a truly tragic way! Also I read once that they filmed Harvest Festival and Christmas back to back to save on filming costs. All they did was swop their outfits and the church decos around, which I think is a shameful deception on their poor T.V viewers. I have only watched Songs of Praise once in these past few years and it was the longest half hour in my life and that includes waiting for a bus!
