It'd be easy if you have a cable that connects your phone to your computer. You just have to install the software that comes with the cable and phone.
If your computer has bluetooth as well, then you can turn on both and transfer the ringtones via bluetooth. Same case if your phone and computer has infra-red.
Alternative way is find a friend whose phone has bluetooth and cable. Then he/she may use the cable to transfer ringtones from the computer to their phones, and then transfer it again to yours via bluetooth.
The last method is to download/buy ringtones.
