Fat Camp- one opf the best south Park episodes ever! A brief rundown of the program goes thus:
Cartman is talking to clyde frog (his stuffed animal thing) when he goes into his kitchen and comes back with triple chocolate waffles loads of people (including mr Mackay Chef his mum and Mr Garrison), he gets sent off to "Fat Camp" he tries to break out but gets captured by a bloke in a fake ice cream truck (at night) and is taken back to Camp. He then switches places with a kid at a Drug rehab centre next door.
So this other kid (who remains nameless) is sent to Southpark and Cartman goes into business selling sweets to the other kids in his camp that the drug rehab kid smuggles up to him. Kenny who at this point is doing loads of sick stuff to get some cash (he gets his own show called the crazy Kenny show where he does loads of sick stuff like Jackass) ,dies and so thry rope in the drug rehab kid to climb into Mrs Crbtree's uterus which kenny was going to do so Carl and Stan dress him up in Kenny's orange clothes. At the end Mrs Crabtree gives him a little push to help him get out of her uterus but he's dead , Mrs crabtree then squezes another kid out of her uterus
at which point the episode ends...

He has a fear factor type of thing, where he gets paid to do gross stuff. His last stunt is to go up into the bus drivers uterus, and she's supposed to give birth to him, but dies inside. then the bus driver pushes out some other kid.
he gets killed by being inserted into that bus drivers vagina for like a week
