Have you tried Graboid.com. It's free and the streaming is brilliant. You receive an allowance of 4000Mb of bandwith when you register and then every month after that on the same date each month as when you registered.
A 1 hour programme would use up about 400Mb of your allocated bandwith.
Upgrades are available for more content at a cost though.
