I really like D. Archuleta a lot. But I have to say that there is one thing that bugs me when he sings. He licks his lips about a million times and it distracts me from his overall performance. Anyone else bothered by this?
I think he is extrememly talented and the one to beat though.
He is great and I will be surprised if he does not win.
i absolutely adore david archuleta. though i wouldn't call him my favorite, he's definitely in the top 3, maybe top 2....in the beginning, he was m favorite, then came David Cook with his emo-rendition of "Hello" anone that can turn a very pop song, into emo/rock has mad talent. plus i don't think i've ever heard him have a bad week.

David Archuletta is a good singer, his personality is just a little cheesy for my taste. :)
Hands down ,my favorite. He has that raspy , baritone voice , which is mature beyond his years. He also doesn't appear to be an a**hole like so many other idol contenders. If not him Jason or Brooke would be fine by me.
Hard to imagine he is only 17 with that voice! he's great, no matter what his age. One of the best that's ever been on Idol. Also like Michael, Carley, and Jason.
yeah. i love him so much. he is so cute and i agree that he is the best in all 7 years. i will be surpirised if he doesn't win.
I adore him, he has an amazing voice and on top of that he's adorable and has a great personality. He's one of the few contestants that actually respects the judges and doesn't interupt them when they are critiquing his performance or gives excuses when he doesn't do so well.
He have a good voice agree with you but idol material sorry to dissappoint you no,he maybe on the top3 but he wont win AI you cant win just being so sweet,,or just infront of the camera?since this season began all he did is sing lovesong or slow songs for what to be safe?If his really that good try different like any idol did rap dance have fun ,but he didnt ..sorry lady but his a bit boring..does he know how dance though???
I really Like him a lot!! He's totally great, talented n also good looking!! He's like only 17 and his voice is really mature. I think he is one of the strongest contestant here. But I think he need to be more creative and be different to win this thing. And also, he need to improve his vocal skills so that he can always be the best in American Idol!! David Archuleta ROCKS!!!!
He is terrific...It's gonna be him and Ramiele Malubay in the finals.....The reason for that is AI is going for the younger ones that has the most potential.
The older ones are just being kept to make it look like it is competative.
To think that he's just 17, hands down, greatness. And who the hell hates David Archuleta??
And I also love Danny Noriega! When he got voted off, I was like NO WAY. What the F. That didn't just happen. I just love the way he performs. He's really funny. And hott too! American Idol isn't just the same without him.
I hope he wins it. I think he has a beautiful tone to his voice and he seems to have a very humble way about him. Yes, he's only 17 so he does seem to giggle alot more than the rest, but who cares. I think he is just adorable!

Look, he doesn't suck, but he certainly isn't the best, come on! Open your ears, and explore different genres of music; not just super-sweet ballad singer David.

I like David Cook now. He has totally won my heart. He wasn't my favorite in the beginning but he has had all very solid performances and I like how he keeps switching it up while still keeping a style. The talk box guitar solo was awesome took me by surprize.
David A. is going to have to learn to wow the crowd with his performances also. He has a great voice, and need lots of practice in his stage appearance.
I have not decided who my fave is yet.
OH my goodness I just adore him!! haha He has the best voice in the whole competition, and people that think other wise are just plan stupid! He also seems like the nicest guy there, and the nicest person they have ever had on American Idol. He is super caring toward others, he is so modest, and on top of all of that he has amazing pipes!!!!! I can't believe he is only 17 no 17 year I know can sing that well!! He's my American Idol even he doesn't win!!
