Bugs Bunny. And yes you can get The Rugrats, Hey Arnold and some of the other ones from that time period on DVD. Usually come with 3-5 shows on each DVD. They have them at Wal Mart for about $10.

I have all the old cartoons that I used to watch as a kid on dvd. so I dont miss any of them now..
