I've thought that since his 'murder'. My theory is that Spencer orchestrated the whole thing, the way he did Margaret's 'death'. That it's been Spencer this whole time creating all the chaos for the residents of Llanview.
Spencer is a doctor, quite capable, as proven, of faking a death. He knows the medications to simulate death and has the money to pay whoever else off to cover it up. (ie. forensics, cops, undertaker, hospital staff, etc).
I think it quite possible that Ramsy, as well as the govenor, are on Spencer's payroll.
That's a good theory. If the writers do decide to bring back Truman they better have a good explanation as to how his death was faked.
I don't think Spencer is alive, but it'd make for a good story. Dorian and Ramsey are in cahoots. In order for Lindsay to be on trial for murder, there had to be a body, but stranger things have happened.
Oh that would be a good one! But then if he were alive, there should be no problem with Bo having Lindsey inhis home, so I wonder if he would get his job back. I am sure that is why that weasel Ramsey is being extra secretive!
I love this theory about Spencer. It could also be one of Tico Santi's family members (since Jess was his wive)....who know maybe Mitch Laurence isn't really dead either? The Mayor is hiding something...I have a feeling him & Ramsey are both in for it by the time summer rolls around.

I hope he really is dead. It's weird that the actor was hired on for just one year or so to play such a pivotal role during that time and be killed off, but Llanview is better off without him.
