NO not fair at all! Kristy lee ruined the beatles, no butchered it is more like it. and she did so TWICE.. Amanda is so entertaining, and makes me want to jump around and dance! She was one of my favorites apart from Micheal Johns, Jason, David Archuletta, and Carly smithson. Kristy should have gone a long time ago!!
What is American Idol thinking? And I am really bummed she wont be able to go on tour!!

Another thing i want to note. Kristy lee isnt versatile, what has she really sang so far but boring country attempts. A beatle song as a country song? come on, She cant belt it out like Amanda does. 8 days a week, was a complete and utter mess, that is more upbeat, and she sang it so dully, it was like one note repetively. Does anyone get that?

America voted... Amanda Overmayer od'd the Janice Joplin voice.. it was hard to listen to. Sorry I didn't want Danny to get sent home he was talented and could outsing Overdose Overmayer anyday. And he made the show fun and entertaining!!!! You asked........

I could not have said that better! I loved Danny and he got voted off, i like Amanda, but I think she needed to get voted off awhile ago. I'd go see her preform in a bar any day though bc she does have talent, but to quote another answer, she did OD on the Joplin.
i'm not sorry Amanda was the right choice to go, she'd kill their top 10 tour for certain cause she's so limited. don't get me wrong i liked her at first too but one can only take so much of that ear grinding voice, she is no Janice. I've never felt tired of listening to Janice. dont fret, Kristy will go next and i'm hoping Carly thereafter!!!
