X-Files ep. Season 7 "All Things" missed end! Confused!?!
Question: I was watching "All things" this morning and missed the end. I saw up to the part where Scully was telling her old flame that he needed to resolve the pain he left after his divorce and they couldn't be together. What happened after that that lead up to her getting ready in morning and Mulder being asleep in her bed?

What happened after that that lead up to her getting ready in morning and Mulder being asleep in her bed?
Scully thinks for awhile on a bench, meets up with Mulder, and they go back to his place. They hang out for awhile, and she falls asleep on the couch. Mulder covers her up and leaves the room.

Now how they got from a fully-clothed Scully to what we saw in the opening is up to interpretation.
