The actress that played T'Pol was white. I think the "olive" makeup they tend to put on Vulcan & Romulan characters made her look darker on TV.
I guess she was the sexiest female Vulcan character, seeing as she was the only "regular" one they've ever had! lol
She was in Star Trek Enterprise, not Voyager.
