Today March 19, 2008, is Supernatural still on TV or has it been cancelled? Than!

Question: The show is still on, due to the writer's strike. The next episode will air on April 24th. The only problem is this season will not be 22 episodes, we will be lucky to have the season end with only 18 episodes. The cw network has said they will be doing 3-5 more new episodes before the season ends, and the year mark for Dean will be during season 4

it's still on, but the writer's strike delayed production.

Yes. It is in Australia.Unsure if has been cancelled but these appear to be new episodes.

It's still on. It's just on break because of the writers strike. new episodes are supposed to start at the end of April.

If you are talking about in the US, Supernatural is off of the air for a few weeks to give Reaper a chance to air in that slot after Smallville and possibly pick up viewers.

It's not canceled, though. Not only is it back for four more episodes starting April 14th...

But it has also been picked up for another season for next year. Yay!

I think this is the first time that its renewal has been announced so early. I seem to recall being very concerned about its fate for awhile last year. Hopefully next year it will do even better in the ratings and be renewed yet again.
