I think you are right in a way. I think it is a very fun show to watch especially if you watch from the beginning. You really get to love these contestants.

Well I must be CRAZY because i watch that show and I enjoy it.. I am a fellow singer and like to hear other people sing and other people giving there opinions on it. The show inspire's me to work harder on my singer to become better and better. I love watching that show to see who people like My personal favoroute is David Archulets :) and i like watching him.. Anyways well i hope you know why some people like me watch that show.. and different people like it for different reasons.
american idol is a very good show to watch... there are many talented people on there.....i didnt watch the other ones this one is my first but i plan on watching them whenever theyre on....theres alot of people that can further their careers through there and it has been done in the past..some of the people that have major record deals started from american idol....watch it one night and u might enjoy it
You are absolutely right. I can't stomach this show. A bunch of people that either can sing or suck. Then they get berated by that piece of crap Simon. Yet Americans fall for this garbage. I love America but all these stupid reality shows really show how many people blindly follow each craze. That dancing show is crap too. Woo!!! Let's watch some stars dance. That is good entertainment.
