On GH, wouldn't the fact that Robin is HIV positive mean...?!

Question: Wouldn't it mean that she should have gloves on at all times, especially when dealing with an open wound? Today she was treating Michael's bleeding head and she was not wearing gloves. I would think that an HIV positive doctor should be more careful.

Robin was wearing gloves but there was at least one time in the past that she wasn't wearing gloves while tending to the injured and that was at the Black Ball at Windermere.

Are you sure. I thought she was for some reason. But you are right in any case. I watched it when it was on so I don't have it on tape. I hope someone who taped it answers this - maybe her wearing gloves was something I took for granted so didn't notice one way or another.

Yes she should of had gloves on, but sometimes they aren't handy. I didn't see today's show so I don't know why she didn't wear them.

She did put on gloves. She looked at his head, barely even touched it and went over to a table and put on gloves and got the things to treat him with. It very clearly showed her putting the gloves on go to abc.com and watch it again.

I thought the same thing when I was watching it. She did go over and put on gloves after she took off the gauze.

yes, she took a dressing off michaels head and than put gloves on before she examined him or even touched his face. but her HIV count is so low its undetectable, so i don't know how big of a difference it would make. plus its a soap! lol.
