I need the name of an early '80's TV show in which one of the main chara!
Question: I believe it was about a search & rescue group in California, but I could be wrong. It was only on for one season, maybe only a half a season. It could have been as early as '79-'80.

I was thinking Northern Exposer until you mentioned California. Northern Exposer was in Alaska.

I agree with Tara C. It sounds like 240-Robert, which aired from 1979 to 1981. It starred Mark Harmon as an EMT and Joanna Cassidy played the team's helicopter pilot.
