Stewie! he's not afraid to say it how it is
I would say Stewie since he always plans to destroy and plot things against people. But is always somehow ruined. But some things he say are funny.
peter because he is funny
Brian, because he is fast with the quips and intelligent humor.
I like Stewie, prolly his accent, him wanting to kill Louis or how he is gay lol

I LOVE (not in that way!) Peter! He's dumb, funny and just your average American fat-man-who-likes-to-eat! Peter

Peter because even though it's been proven that he's somewhat "slow" he's just a lovable oaf who really means well.
Brian is funny for his quick wit and the cheesy way he comes onto ladies when he drinks.
Stewie because no matter how many times he tries to "rule the world" or tries to kill Lois.....He's always brought back to the reality that he is just a baby.
I love all the characters, probably Stewie the most. Although Meg is the one everybody hates and makes fun of, so I find her even more funny. The best clip I ever saw was when Sunshine Bear committed suicide rather than spend any more time with her. For some reason though I don't like Quagmire much, makes me cringe sometimes.
Brian, he's totally the smartest one in that family. They should put him in charge.

Stewie is the best character on the show. (Peter actually annoys me). I have two toddlers, so I crack up sometimes when they look at me funny and think they must be "planning my demise" the way Stewie is always out for Lois. He makes the show in my opinion, hahaha.
Peter because everything about him is funny his mannerisms, the way he talks meaning is accent and his stupidity. don't get me wrong if peter wasn't around i would go for Stewie as being the funniest.
