Since the writing strike some shows cancelled (like Las Vegas) but most shows are just waiting until the start of next season to start again. this way they'll have time to write a lot of the episodes for that season and not have to take many breaks.
The next episode isn't to be aired until April 13th, according to the abc.com webpage.
Presumably that will be a new episode since other broadcasters like NBC are showing new episodes in the first couple weeks of April, now that the writer's strike is over. Also it is eluded to being a new episode in an abc.com blog for DH called live from l.a. (see link)
No...The actors went back to work a few weeks ago. Don't worry, you'll have new episodes soon!
