this may be totally wrong(way old show) lol but could it be silverspoons?
it was a show within a show. the actual program was called the famous jet jackson. and jet in the show played a like secret agent type person, called silverstone...it was on the disney channel.....that same guy actually appeared in the terminator: sarah connor chronicles as an FBI agent (but not the main one obviously)
