I miss GOSSIP GIRL, and CSI.
Taxi, Arrested Development, MST3K. Those are the big three. MST3K and AD ended well. Not so much with Taxi.

Well the shows K-Ville (on Fox) and Hawaii (back in 2005, also on Fox) were great shows that were just cancelled. Don't fall for any shows on Fox, because they are always cancelled if they aren't reality TV shows or game shows. I really miss the NYPD/NYFD show Third Watch. That was a very excellent show, and they just released the First Season DVD.
Arrested Development - shame that it got canceled.
Seinfeld - loved the show but thought the final episode was terrible.
Invasion. You don't get to see what happened to the pregnant woman and what happened to all of the other characters. The ending didn't answer all of my questions at all.
Well this show isn't off the air but now you need a certain channel to watch it and it's the whole entire THE-N. I miss that whole channel<3 But yea i miss fair factor too! I wanted to be in it also. I'm not really afraid of anything.. except spiders. ew. lol.
Well, Seinfeld had the worst series finale ever. I don't miss the show though because it's always on.
The only shows I miss are British ones like QI and Late Night With Jonathan Ross that I can't see anymore since I've moved back to the states.

Oh, and I think the absolute WORST ending of a tv show of all time was the ending of Roseanne.
there was one show on fox last year called Vanished. It was about the senator's wife who went missing. There never even was an ending! It was so good and right when the woman escaped the kidnappers and was hiding in the woods the episode ended and there never was another episode. I'm still mad about it =/
