I find it highly unlikely.
But maybe he'll return now and again in Hugo's hallucinations. :)
Well, he'll definitely take a part in some of the flashbacks or flashfowards, but in the current timeline, I don't think he'll be resurrected into the show or anything like that.
I agree, Charlie was my favourite character. Now that he has gone there is no point of watching Lost.

i read a article about how dominic m. who played charlie actualy WANTED to be killed off cuz he thought charlies storyline was only helping everyone else storyline..so i dont think he'll be back
i hope so but even if he doesnt i dont think it should end i mean charlie was really good but i love lost tooo much :)
