I thought it was a slightly boring, but still a good change from what's usually on tv. The acting was quite good, but they could have shown more about what made the girl "convert" to islam. I thought the story line was slightly draggged out, with not much happening in some parts.
Also thought it was really bad where they didnt let the girl back in the house, as she was wearing the hijab :(
Yes, watched it - not as good as when Holly Kenny was in "Mischief Night" which I thought showed a better representation of life "between" whites and muslims...
A very sad story alround....it proves that everybody needs to find fulfillment in what ever life throws at us....in away she was just escaping her life....but there again it payed dividends at the end with the mother also finding the strenght to change
