That's a good question. I know that on Thursday's episode Sun said that she was 2 months pregnant and we know that got pregnant on the island. So it can't be any more than 56 days. And that's if she got pregnant right away. Hope that helps.
They crashed on 9/22/2004. Last episode when Sayid and Desmond were on the freighter, it showed them looking at a calendar on the wall and it said December 2004. So it looks like this is their 4th month on the Island.
