Just do a search of the network that runs the show you're looking to watch. ABC, NBC, Fox, CBS for example all have full features on demand, links below.

theirs lots of places but right now i think that http://tvliveshows.com is the best I watched alot of movies and tv shows on their and havent run into any problems but it doesnt work with IE you will need firefox if you dont have that try this site
