What are your rants and raves about ABC soaps?!
Question: I like it with more kids too especially when they are in there teens and early 20's these young kids they are using with guns like sonny;s kid they should have worn his tail out the minute they saw he was even thinking of guns...Starr looks way to young to be having sex...my god they could have waited till she was 18 and for Todd he should have some nerve acting like he is mister Innocent rapest..I cannot stand him never have and never will..he makes me sick...he is a worm and playes a cowards part..I woulnt have excepted a role to be a person like they have him playing..they should have him being gay he would be more fitted for the role...boy did I say all that....fill free to discuss any topic I love rantings..does anyone agree with me

I just wish they would let people be happy for a month, just a month full of happiness! No more miscarriages and miracle pregnancies and killing of beloved characters, send them off for a bit, don't kill them only to have to years later conncoct some lame story about how they survived!

um yeah i just read everyones comments and soaps are not always boring you just have to keep up with the story line and eventually something exiting happends.
We seem to watch the same soaps. As far as Todd I agree his character is bad. I would not give him the time of day. I can't even stand to watch him anymore.
General Hospital if they showed spank kids on TV they would be promoting child abuse can't do that on TV. I think this would sometimes would be better if we went back to the good old days when you did get a good spanking for something done wrong. It never hurt me.
i agree i dont think they should be making starrs character sexually active. yes i realize that this day and age it is not uncommon at the age, still be nice to see her maintain some innocents. i also agree with the children and guns. there is enough violence and death at the hands of children on the news without seeing it on soaps.

And Nash. Well, there's a creep too. He needs a hot shower and a haircut. So rumpled looking all the time and he doesn't walk or enter a room, he spins! And his hands are constantly pointing to his face (forehead). This guy is a major headache.

I grew up watching NBC : Days (currently), Another World (for 9 years), Santa Barbara (2 years) & Passions (2 years) , but don't ask me why on THAT one lol. I am glad it's off the air. I never got into ABC: sorry.
I agree with you. Soaps are nineties. They truely ruined Todd's character when Rodger Howard played Todd he had some redeeming qualities even after he raped Marty. Now He is a total creep. Michael is a spoiled child thanks to Carly and Sonny. He needs some tough love or a detention center
I'm getting fed up with the GH writers. I'm sick of people "dying" and seeing the light for 2 seconds. They did it with Luke, Nik and now they're going to do it with Carly. And I wish they would get rid of Alan and Emily already. They're dead, Alan's supposed to be Tracy's conscience, Em is a hallucination, what's next? Are people going to start seeing ghosts.
I think you have to watch them.
One thing that bugs me about GH is that the men are allowed their infedelities. The women they are with are expected to forgive them and get over it w/o causing too much of a fuss. Just once, I would love to see Sonny have a woman tell him, no, I'm sorry, I don't forgive you. I love you, but you have hurt me too bad, and there's no going back.
B/c when the tables are turned, and it's the women that makes a mistake, I've noticed the men are not quite so quick to forgive and, not only that, but GH makes it seem like it's OK for the women to suffer and lose and sit in shame.
That whole, what's good for the gander is good for the goose saying should work both ways. I'm tired of the double standards.
