Was anybody else upset that Jin died?!

We don't really know that he is dead. The tombstone gave his date of death as the date of the crash. He could still be on the island with the other survivors. Maybe only a few could escape and she went to save her life and that of the baby.
Oh my god, I'm so upset, I don't know what is going on in this show. I had a feeling it was a flashback with him. But man that was clever. But you know what that means, we have 3 weeks (their time which is a while haha) to find out how they get off.

Jin isnt dead. I heard that on the top of the toumbstone the date he died was 9/22/04 (the day of the plane crash) I think that Jin is alive and still on the island.
What ??? Jin is dead?? God we must be soo behind in Ireland. The Last episode that really confused me was that Kate had Claires baby and he was calling her mom. It's so confusing...

i agree with you guys, Jin's probably still on the island (he better be) and they won't say anything because they want to protect the island. I hope Michael or Kevin dies next week cuz i just hate that guy.
In the flashforward Sun is in her apartment applying makeup when she begins to feel pain. She phones for an ambulance and the camera pulls back to reveal that she is nine months pregnant.
At the hospital the nurses comment that Sun is one of the Oceanic Six. She is going into labor and the baby is, according to the doctor, "in distress." Sun asks them to inform her husband and repeatedly calls for Jin, indicating her desire to not give birth until he arrives. While the doctor debates whether to perform a cesarian section, the baby crowns. Soon a daughter is born.
Later, Sun is back at her apartment when she hears a knock at the door. It is Hurley, who has come to see the baby. While admiring the baby, Hurley comments that she "looks like Jin." Then he suggests that the two should "go visit him." They then travel to a cemetery and stand in front of Jin's tombstone, where Sun says that she misses him and tells him that she named their daughter Ji Yeon, as he had wanted.
I was completely confused with the ending. If someone can clarify what happened, I would appreciate it. :)
